CRM Automations using Hubspot

Created over 100 automated workflows for sales and marketing processes in Hubspot. Examples: setup and scheduled follow-up emails, qualified out leads (scoring), assigned leads to sales reps., live chat and SMS, and social media integrations, internal and external forms. Used Zapier integrations.

 

Pardot Marketing Automation

Planned, created, and executed nurture campaigns, emails, landing pages for marketing campaigns.

Builded workflows for drip campaigns, including targeting and timing logic, if/then scenarios that include more targeted workflows based on responsive behavior, call-to action logic, from logic and automated tasks.

Managed and created formats for dashboards, reports, forms, templates, layouts, and work with Marketing team to provide business insights from dashboard metrics, continuously monitoring data quality and integrity.

Google Ads Optimization and Google Analytics

Created A/B testing on Google Ads designed to improve key metrics for all channels. Utilized research, analytics, and insights to influence decisions and recommend new opportunities.

Used Google Analytics data through Looker and Tableau reports and dashboards to clearly communicate results back to business partners with recommendations for optimizing towards achieving business goals.

 

Demand Generation

Designed, executed and measured demand generation programs, including ABM, email marketing, digital marketing (organic/paid), other paid marketing, social media, content syndication, sponsorships, and trade-shows.

Partnered closely with the sales organization to ensure seamless alignment of goals, expectations and execution of lead nurturing that spans the full customer lifecycle and increases conversion to MQL at each stage of the marketing funnel.

 

Landing page design and Optimization

Created a website wireframe for homepage/landing with the collaboration of a writer, to help my company find its voice and communicate their value with clarity, confidence, and purpose. The objective was to present the company as the most trustworthy guide to lead customers where they want to go. I drew my inspiration from Donald Miller's book "Building a StoryBrand," which provides valuable insights on crafting compelling brand narratives.

Created a user-friendly, mobile-responsive landing page for better conversions, incorporating contact forms. Optimized content, keywords, and site structure to enhance search engine rankings and improve overall SEO.

Progressive profiling

Implemented progressive profiling strategy using Pardot forms which incrementally helped to gained additional data on a contact through additional form submissions.

 

Lead Score and Grading

Implemented a Lead Qualification model that created an ideal score and a perfect grade, by codifying your ideal prospect.

 

Dynamic Email Content

Implemented dynamic email content strategy for email campaigns. Personalized content helped to increase the number of engagement on emails and conversions.

 

Brochure Design

Created infographics and designed and implemented brochures. Helped in the creation and success of visual displays showcasing new product with cohesive theme design, fun innovative interactive ideas, and easy access to product.

 

Automated digital proposals using Qwirl

Created several templates to be used for the whole organization as digital proposals. Set up triggers to send automatically the proposals by Outlook using Zapier integration. Created automated marketing campaigns using Hubspot workflows.

Developed a CRM solution for a solar company. Set up internal and external workflows to support all Sales and Marketing processes.

  • Created reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality / integrity, assisting users with report design and management.

  • Email marketing workflows.

  • Customized page layouts for Opportunities, Contacts, and Accounts depending upon user profiles and created permission sets where necessary.
